You know here at Air's we love a theme..Our 2019 theme is still CHAMPAGNE with a side of education.
NEW YEAR, SAME US.

Each day (Mon-Thur) we will be offering 3 different wines from a producer chosen by the babes of Air's. 
*$50 - unless it's suuuper fancy

These aint no entry level wines either, we hand picked some special ones for us to try!

Air's Advent Calendar of Champagne

For the days leading up to Christmas we will offer a tasting from 5-7pm (or until supplies last)!

A horizontal tasting of a producer's Champagne.

See you December 3rd!

These selections are made specifically by the BabesnBubbles of Air's.

We're talking crazy wines from Suenen, Savart, Bouchard, Courtin, Dhont-Grellet...well you can do math, 25 different producers!

Depending on the producer, enjoy 3 or 4 glasses for 50 bucks.

You can make reservations or just show up.

We also celebrate Channukah!

For our annual tradition (2nd year people!) we will be offering latkas with our caviar starting Monday, December 3rd.

This is our special option OR you can stick with our original caviar selection. Either way..fried potatoes, caviar and champagne was the traditional food in the Torah. LOOK IT UP!

SOME INFO... ( if you want get technical)

"The base wines are aged for 18 months in wood prior to bottling, then 2-3 years on the lees. No dosage, Biodynamic in the vineyard, horse plowed - Clement does all of the work in the vineyard and the cellar!

He has three different sites in Chamery in Montagne de Reims - Rouleaux, Luth, and Tremblots. The Chardonnay comes from Rouleaux, which is mostly limestone with a bit of sandy clay. It's also the highest elevation and coolest parcel. Luth and Tremblots are a bit further South, also E/NE exposure, similar soil, but more clay. The Blanc de Blanc and Blanc de Noir are obviously what they are and the
1er Cru is a blend of equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier and a bit of Meslier. Everything was planted between 1968 and the mid 80s by Clement's grandfather.

The wines themselves are just insane for the price. Production right now is tiny, but there is no question these are going to pop off! SUPER excited to have these in the US. "- Mike Zima
